Return and Refund Policy
The jewelry pieces are non-refundable and not applicable for returns.
Refund requests are permitted only if the item is received damaged. These conditions apply:
- Apply for refund 2 days after the delivery date stated by the courier company, after that the refund request will not be accepted
- Picture of the damage is required
- If piece is broken/unfixable, full refund will be issued
- If the damage is considered fixable (ex. detached chains), partial refund of 25% of the full paid price will be refunded
If the item requires a fix of detached chains, Yosei Riri will provide free repair under these conditions:
- Agree on the repair via email communication beforehand, as it is required to see a picture of the damage
- Please note that we do not provide missing parts, we only provide repair of detached chains
- The client is responsible for providing and paying shipping of the damaged item to Yosei Riri, and the client is also responsible to pay the fee for re-delivery from Yosei Riri back to the client
Before taking this step, you may wanna check with the nearest local jewelry store to you, as the majority of the stores provide repair services.
